BROILER CHICKENS IN ARGENTINA

2023-12-01

An investigation by Sinergia Animal and We Animals Media has revealed the immense suffering endured by 48-day-old broiler chickens at a farm in Argentina. These chickens live in unbearable conditions, confined in barns with up to 8,000 individuals. Approximately 60,000 chickens are raised on this farm at one time.
The rapid fattening of broiler chickens negatively affects their health, making it difficult for them to move or support their own weight. The barn floor, covered in their waste, emits a strong ammonia odor that causes eye irritation. Feather loss is also common due to stress and illness.
